Wholesale products come from a manufacturer distibutor. What happens is the distributor buys products in bulk from the manufacterer saving them lots of money by buying in large quantities. They then sell these products in smaller lots (or even individual lots) to people who want to resell them or simply save a lot of money on their purchases.
